The Drew Barrymore Show partners with theCityMoms to promote Indianapolis
Indianapolis (September 14, 2021) – On Sept. 15, a special episode of The Drew Barrymore Show will air nationwide, with a feature on the city of Indianapolis hosted in part by theCityMoms. theCityMoms is a boutique media brand based out of Indianapolis that is dedicated to the modern mom, featuring a membership program, perks from local partners and more.
theCityMoms was selected to help lead off the show’s second season, which began on Sept. 13. The second season features “Hometown Spirit” segments, showcasing a U.S. city, its attractions, and daily life there. Indianapolis was among the first cities chosen.
Chief Mom Officer Jeanine Bobenmoyer and CityMoms member Sarah Harker are featured in the segment, showcasing the city as well as three favorite activities:
Yoga at the Holliday Park Ruins with Invoke Yoga
Lunch at The Garage Food Hall at Bottleworks, featuring J's Lobster, Lick Ice Cream, and Clancy's Hamburgers
Fun at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway
“Once we got over our initial shock of being contacted by The Drew Barrymore Show, it was time to spring into action,” said Bobenmoyer. “We're blessed to have such a diverse cultural, arts, entertainment and family-friendly landscape in Indianapolis, so narrowing our favorites down to three was a challenge. Ultimately, we landed on three activities that we feel wonderfully showcase what is ‘quintessential Indy’ to us.”

Additionally, the show will also be recut to feature Bobenmoyer and Harker with Ryan Alwardt and Jillian Deam Thomas, the hosts of Fox59’s new IndyNow series, which debuted Sept. 13. That segment will air Sept. 17 at 10am EST, and can be viewed on the Fox59 website here: https://fox59.com/.
