CityMoms founder Jeanine is a mom of teens, yoga addict, Michigan native, and avid reader. Her dream vacation includes hiking national parks with her family and a cup of hot chai.
As our CEO and “Chief Mom Officer,” Jeanine leads overall business, content, and communications strategy, oversees operations and media relations, and guides theCityMoms' long-term vision and expansion… all while keeping her finger on the pulse of what modern moms really need.

Sarah Harker
Chief Growth Officer
CityMoms co-owner Sarah is a mom of three, Illinois native, and lover of cookbook reading, textile arts, and connecting women in meaningful ways. Her dream day off includes her kids, a stack of library books, and no to-do list in sight.
As our Chief Growth Officer, Sarah drives brand growth through strategic partnerships, new market expansion, and community engagement. She’s passionate about building bridges between moms and the brands, resources, and networks that help them thrive — both online and in real life.

Stacey Stover
Director of Project Management
Stacey is a California native who can usually be found sewing or cooking with her two kids. Now calling Charlotte, North Carolina home, she’s a middle school math teacher by day and a lifelong Disney fan who’s always up for a good book or board game. As the Director of Project Management, Stacey leads our project management team, oversees campaign timelines and deliverables, and ensures every client partnership runs seamlessly from start to finish.

Francheska Espino
Project Manager
Francheska thrives behind the scenes, where she blends creativity and organization to make magic happen. With a passion for streamlining processes and bringing visions to life, she has turned her knack for detail and efficiency into a love for project management and content editing. Outside of her professional endeavors, Francheska is a devoted cat parent to three mischievous cats. She finds joy in journaling, curating playlists, and hunting down local brunch spots.
Sherie Nuarin
Pinterest Manager
Sherie is a full-time media planner who spends her days analyzing data, building strategy, and bringing campaigns to life. While her work leans analytical, she channels her creative side through collage art and visual storytelling.
At theCityMoms, she supports Pinterest growth by combining strategy, design, and a touch of mom-worthy charm. Outside of work, you’ll find her exploring new eats around the city or quietly missing her two dogs back home.
Britny Murray
Photographer
Britny is a mom to two active boys, a wife to a baseball coach, a veteran, and owner of Golden Cardinal Media. We’re blessed to have her on staff as a photographer for theCityMoms. She loves to read, go to Purdue football games, and is always up for a girls night in with moscato.
Her work is displayed across all theCityMoms channels, bringing our brand and our partner work to life.

Amy is a boy mom to three energetic preteen and teen sons, a proud cat lover, and a yoga teacher in training learning to bend, breathe, and begin again. As theCityMoms’ Membership Experience Manager, she oversees our Circle membership community — guiding members through onboarding, keeping conversations flowing, and helping shape our membership grow into new cities. Kailly is a Canadian transplant, living in Westfield with her son. A real estate agent turned insurance adjustor, this single momma is equal parts sweat pants & stilettos. When she’s not with her son, dog sitting, working out, or watching the latest crime documentary, she’s exploring wineries, restaurants, and hot spots for a night out. Kailly is a passionate advocate for the LGBTQ+ community and always has recommendations for the best drag show.

Married to her kindergarten sweetheart, she’s raising two big-hearted girls and one playful pup. Claire is a writer in rural Indiana and can almost always be found in the kitchen paging a worn cookbook, listening to a podcast, chasing her two kids, cooking alongside her husband or chatting with friends around the island (and many snacks!). Erica Ballard is a mindfulness facilitator who helps high-achieving women live more aligned, fulfilling lives. Known for blending high-performance habits with a growth mindset and a touch of “woo,” she brings both heart and expertise to her work. Erica spent over a decade in public health, holds a MS from Tufts, a BA from IU, and certifications in ThetaHealing, NLP, and health coaching. Featured in Forbes, Women’s Health, and WTHR, she now lives in Denver with her husband, two daughters, and their pups.

She’s passionate about helping women, couples, and families tap into their inner wisdom and thrive. A proud mom of three “free-range” kids, Kim embraces both the joys and challenges of parenting. She loves dining at local spots, hiking Indy’s parks, and hunting for vintage treasures to add Mid-century charm to her Broad Ripple home.

Kristina O'Connor is an Indy-area writer and mom of two. As a copywriter, she uses her writing skills to support small businesses. She also shares her passion for writing as a volunteer instructor with the Indiana Prison Writers Workshop, leading creative writing classes at a local prison.
