A sound bath is an immersive, full body experience that uses the power of sound to draw the mind to presence and create vibrational frequencies meant to restore and nurture the mind and body. Join us for a 60 minute sound bath where we shift our brainwaves to a state of deep relaxation and rest. The sounds are an invitation into a deeper state of consciousness, an opportunity to unplug from external stimuli and gain perspective on your internal dialogue. So lay down, relax, and bathe in the sweet sounds of crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, tuning forks, and more.
