Rachel Pritz, RN, MSN is a former healthcare executive turned life strategist. She helps overwhelmed and exhausted women (and a few men) get back in the driver’s seat of their own lives. She found herself over-drinking during her own season of burnout and decided to dig in deeper on why she turned to alcohol to relieve stress. She learned a lot and created a program for women just like her. Now she coaches other women that want a different relationship with alcohol and want to live lower stress, joy filled lives.
