Kid-friendly reads for women’s history month

Catch our daughter standing still long enough, and you can ask her our favorite question, “What’s your middle name?” To which she’ll answer, “Mae! Like Dr. Mae Jemison, the first Black woman in space!” We love this question because we intentionally picked her middle name as an example of all the strong, powerful women she can look up to any time she needs a reminder of who runs the world.

This March, for Women’s History Month, we’re bringing you a list of kid-friendly, shero-inspired reads, perfect for spreading girl power!
