Ultimate guide to Indy Parks’ pickleball courts 2024
Pickleball has exploded in the last few years (hellooooo America’s fastest growing sport!) and Indy Parks and Rec are here to play. With over 60 - ok, 65 to be exact - indoor and outdoor courts spread throughout Marion County, you’ll have no trouble finding a spot to get your pickler fix.
Here’s where you can find Indy Parks’ pickleball courts in 2024:
Broad Ripple Park: 4 outdoor (striped over existing tennis courts)
Brookside Park: 4 outdoor courts (striped over existing tennis courts)
Christian Park: 2 indoor and 1 outdoor (striped over existing tennis courts)
Dan Wakefield Park: 2 outdoor (striped over existing tennis courts)
Dubarry Park: 3 outdoor (pickleball courts only)
Ellenberger Park: 14 outdoor total (2 stand-alone courts and 12 that are striped over existing tennis courts where players bring their own net to play)
Gardener Park: 3 outdoor (pickleball courts only)
Garfield Park: 4 indoor, 2 outdoor (striped over existing tennis courts)
Riverside Park: 3 outdoor (striped over existing tennis courts)
Sahm Park: 4 outdoor (striped over existing tennis courts)
Thatcher Park Family Center: 3 indoor
Washington Park Family Center: 3 indoor
Windsor Village Park: 3 indoor
Note: There will also be new indoor courts at the new Frederick Douglass Park Family Center when it opens this year!
