Our favorite fitness finds for 2024 at Target

This year I resolve to… add strength training to my workout routine. Finally pull out those resistance bands. Not worry about weight loss and instead focus on my mental health. Sound familiar? One of my personal new year’s resolutions in 2024 is to add more to my home gym (so I don’t have any excuse to avoid a workout!), what about you?

Another question: Have you spotted all of the adorable exercise equipment and fashion Target has brought in this year? I'm dying over it all! But a few have definitely caught my eye (and my wallet).

Here are our favorite fitness finds for 2024 at Target:

1. This ribbed, full length bodysuit by All In Motion

First, it is so soft. I'm obsessed with the available colors (lilac purple, pink, and a taupy-brown), and I've already hit the yoga mats in this, so I can attest at how comfortable it is for low-impact workouts. But the back is my favorite with it's sweet twist-tie form. I promise you need this bodysuit

2. The Bala Bangles 2pc weight set for wrists and ankles

Dunno, maybe I'm having a pastel moment, but having these light weights on my wrists when I'm out for walk gives me just the bit of resistance training I need. They come in other colors and weights, but if you're a beginner, these are a good start toward strength training.

3. A sling crossbody bag by All In Motion

If you've picked up TikTok lately, you'll know a certain high-profile athletic wear brand that starts with a L is the queen of belt bag options right now. But I'm obsessed with this alternative not only because of the lower price, but because its size allows me to carry just... more. Plus the pop of colors available (pink, blue and 'orange' which is really more yellow IRL) is the best way to add a pop of color to your winter wardrobe.

4. This everyday soft crop tank

Swoon alert: This tank is so amazingly soft! Now I haven't officially worn it for a workout yet, but it sure screams 'I'm on a new year's fitness journey' doesn't it? And the bright yellow does everything for my mental health during this drab Midwest winter.

5. A mini backpack from Blogilates

I feel like the fitness industry is so hot on the technical backpacks with a million pockets that look like they support a professional athlete. So instead I opted for this sweet mini backpack from Blogilates - coming in lilac pink and grey haze shades - which has already taken me from hiit workouts to yoga class (or should I say a hectic to a relaxing workout?). Best part is it fits in a small space like the mini lockers at my yoga studio.

6. A pair of soft, high-rise leggings

First, these hug your lower body like butter, and second, the thick waistband holds up to even the toughest of workout routines. Fine, another bonus: They aren't see-thru which we all know is a risk we run with great, form-fitting workout pants.

7. New vitamins like 8Greens Daily Greens gummies

They're delish, they taste good, and they contain as much Vitamin B6 as 16 cups of raw spinach in your daily dose. I've loved adding these to boost my 'remember my vitamins' new year's resolutions.

8. A warm fleece for the chilly winter

The second I laid my eyes on this one from All In Motion in store, I knew I needed it, especially this week when we're hitting record low temps in the Midwest. It comes in an array of other colors, and I struggled to settle on one (so I bought two - green and pink!).

9. The viral Stanley cup

I know, I know, you're either already carrying one of these or have your eye on a model. One of the hottest ways to compliment your overall health is by staying hydrated. I snagged the special Valentine's edition Stanley at Target a couple weeks ago, but this will definitely be my backup all season.

10. Another fab fleece from JoyLab

When this checkerboard-style fleece dropped last Fall, I swear there was a collective gasp from our CityMoms team. Amy grabbed the green one pictured, and I promptly purchased it in beige. It runs slightly oversized and has deep front pockets perfect for dropping your phone or mini wallet in.

11. Last but not least... Bala foam roller

I was going back and forth between ordering this or investing in updated smart watches for my husband and I, but think this will be my next purchase. I can't seem to get enough of Bala's products, and if I want to have good form post-workout, this roller recovery must feels like a need.
