PRESS RELEASE: theCityMoms present Mommahood, an afternoon of self-care, sipping and socializing on May 5th
Fresh off the most successful year since the organization's origination, theCityMoms - the largest social collective for moms in Indianapolis - announces they will play hostesses to their biggest event to date: Mommahood, a pre-Mother's Day celebration featuring keynote speaker Nicole Pence Becker, arrives May 5, 2019, at Daniel's Vineyard of McCordsville.
"We have wanted to put on this event for years," said Chief Mom Officer Jeanine Bobenmoyer. "Where so many other Mother's Day-focused events in Indianapolis pinpoint women wearing a mom label, we wanted to curate an entire afternoon around the fact that she's more than just a mom. She's a dynamic, brilliant, strong, woman who gives her all in every area of her life. And she deserves to be recognized for the woman she is."
Mommahood will open with a VIP toast before leading in to keynote speaker Nicole Pence Becker's address on the importance of self-care. Becker welcomes Brooke Magdzinski - owner of Dottie Couture and local mom - to the stage to discuss self-care and self-love techniques for the audience.
"Following Nicole's keynote, we invite attendees to our Love Loft," says Bobenmoyer. "We will transform the entire upstairs ballroom of Daniel's into a one-stop spa-like shop with complimentary services from The Beauty Bar at Carmel and Geist, the Laser Skin Surgery Center of Indiana, DryBar, Massage Heights, Waxing the City and so many more."Complimentary services will include hairstyling, skincare consultations, nail polish changes, to name a few. Magdzinski's Dottie Couture will host a pop-up shop as will locally-owned Sister Bird Boutique and J. Nicole Jewelry.
