From their event press release:

This unique four-day event will bring imagination and creativity to life through the wonderful theme of fairy magic! With most activities free, “Welcome to Fairyville” features fairy storytelling, a fairy house decorating contest, crafts, tea parties and more, in a program created to entertain both kids and adults.

“We are really looking forward to hosting another ‘Welcome to Fairyville’ this year because of the creative spark the event ignites in all our fairy-loving visitors,” Aili McGill, Nickel Plate Arts director, said. “The Fairy House Contest is a great way for people of any skill level or age to showcase their artistic ability. Combine that with our tea parties, storytelling and crafts, the event will provide something for everyone to enjoy.”

The Show is a chance to view all the submitted homes from the Fairy House Contest and vote for your favorites, with an awards ceremony that night. Applications for the Fairy House Contest are due April 11, and houses must be delivered to Nickel Plate Arts by April 16. The Fairy House Contest is open to people of all skill levels and ages.
